No reason was given.</li><li>The <a href="http://www.cleveland.com/suncourier/news/index.ssf?/base/news-0/1196274015171500.xml&coll=4">Preserve at Hathaway Farm is a proposed 23 house subdivision</a> on the 13.2 acre site of the old Walcher farm just west of Valley View Village Hall. Officials are <a href="http://www.cleveland.com/suncourier/communitylife/index.ssf?/base/features-0/119748865639230.xml&coll=4">concerned about additional stormwater runnoff</a> from the development.</li><li>A spring groundbreaking is scheduled for <a href="http://casaromanacondos.com/">Casa Romana</a>, an <a href="http://www.cleveland.com/westsidesun/news/index.ssf?/base/news-0/119748949739230.xml&coll=4">eight unit luxury condominium building on Warren Road</a> in Cleveland near <a href="http://smroc.link2net.net/">St. Mary's</a> Romanian Orthodox Cathedral.
