<p>The agency also declared that <a href="http://www.epa.ohio.gov/portals/47/nr/2011/may/SteelSlittingCNS.pdf">brownfield remediation has been completed</a> (PDF) at the <a href="http://planning.co.cuyahoga.oh.us/blog/2005/08/#006279">Steel Slitting</a> site on Aetna Road in Slavic Village, and issued a covenant not to sue.</p>
