District One Public Works Integrating Committee

State Public Works Program

The Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC) provides financing for local public infrastructure improvements through the State Capital Improvement Program (SCIP), the Local Transportation Improvement Program (LTIP), and the Revolving Loan Program (RLP). The District One (Cuyahoga County) Public Works Integrating Committee (DOPWIC) is responsible for the development of a project selection and evaluation process; evaluating capital improvement projects submitted by eligible applicants for funding by the OPWC.

Program Year 2016

For Program Year 2016, the OPWC will allocate a minimum of $248 million to the nineteen Public Works Districts. District One's allocation totals $28.2 million: SCIP $17 million, LTIP $6.7 million, and RLP $4.4 million. Additionally, the Loan or Credit Enhancement minimum requirement has been reduced from 20% to 15%.
