Work Access & Transportation Van Service

In collaboration with Cuyahoga County and the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA), the Work Access & Transportation Program (WATP) operates a reserved ride van service administered by the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA) through Provide A Ride, a contracted provider.

Now in its eighth year of service to residents of Cuyahoga County, WATP continues to provide options for eligible individuals living in the inner-ring suburbs and the City of Cleveland to make better commutes and connections to jobs in outlying suburban areas by providing demand driven van service to targeted employment centers and industrial parks in areas where regular bus and rail transit services are nonexistent, and during early morning and late night hours, or on weekends when regular bus and rail transit services are unavailable.
